The room was a good size and had modern bathroom facilities, and I had a great night's sleep; the staff was friendly and everything was just perfect.

The staff was very very helpful and the food was appetising! Good sized and newly remodelled room with big bed and hypo-allergenic pillows.

We had double room with a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and flat-screen TV.

We had an amazing stay in a central location close to all the main attractions. the room was spacious, cleaned daily, and had a modern bathroom. the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, providing helpful recommendations and accommodating our late arrival. the building, although old, added charm to the experience. We loved the surprise birthday message and bottle of Prosecco in our room, making our holiday truly memorable. the quiet street ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the nearby cafes and restaurants offered plenty of dining options.

There was a slight odor in the staircase, which is to be expected in an old building.

Location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to walk everywhere and explore the city easily. Plus, the area felt safe and secure, which was important to us.

The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was too soft for our liking, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. It would have been nice to have a more comfortable mattress to ensure a better rest.

We had a wonderful stay at the Florest Guest House. Daniele, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. He was always available to answer any questions we had and gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit in the city. the room was comfortable and immaculate, and we especially appreciated the small touches like the birthday note and bottle of cava to celebrate my special day. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and with a view of the Duomo.

We couldn't have asked for better service and hospitality. Cons: No complaints 😊.

We were able to easily explore all the major attractions on foot. the host was very welcoming and helpful, even offering to carry our luggage up the stairs. The room itself was well-designed and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made our romantic escape even more special.

The lack of an elevator, as the apartment was located on a higher floor. However, the host kindly offered to assist with our luggage, so it wasn't a major issue for us.
